Applying is simple — just follow the two-step process below.
Step 1: Set Up Your Portal Account
The application link will take you to our secure online BestNotes portal. There, you can:
• Create a new account, or
• Log in using an existing one.
You may start the application and return to complete it later. You can update your responses at any time before admission day.
The application includes two parts:
• Part One – Personal details, medical history, and clinical background
• Part Two – Addictional required information
Both parts must be completed to be considered.
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our clinical team. If accepted, you’ll be placed on our waitlist.
We often operate with a waitlist. To secure your place, your application and payment of the application/enrollment fee are required. You (and/or your loved one) will be notified, and when ready, a mutually agreeable admission date will be scheduled. If not ready, your spot on the list will be maintained until you are.
Step 2: Work with Our Clinical Admissions Counselor
Personalized guidance to help you complete enrollment and prepare for your first day.
After submitting your application, our admissions counselor will reach out to support you through the next steps. If your application is approved, you’ll receive an enrollment packet via NexHealth, our secure messaging and scheduling platform.
Your admissions counselor will:
• Answer your questions
• Help you prepare for your program start date
• Coordinate your intake and welcome process
Our team is here to ensure the process is smooth, transparent, and personalized to your needs.
Manage Your Application
You may return to your application at any time to add or update information.
The online portal allows you to save your progress and return as needed.
Updates can be made up until the day of admission.
Please note:
• Admission decisions and arrival dates are finalized only when the full application is received.
• Incomplete applications cannot reserve space on the waitlist.
